So that was that experience. We got pegged as posers in a milli-second glance from the group of Italian ladies at one of the “guests only” tables. And I know the question that is forming in your mind. All I can say is: “don’t ask”.
Tomorrow we head for Ortigia, which unfortunately is also currently hosting a G7 event and an agricultural etc. Expo Festival of some sort.
Can’t everyone else just wait until we have left?
